General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms seem to be related to a pinched nerve in the stomach.
I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the pain.
I also suggest to maintain the shoulder immobilized.
If the symptoms continue, you should consult your neurologist.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
