General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I feel it's cervical spine that is creating trouble due to spondylosis / disc prolapse.
X-ray / MRI of cervico thoracic spine should point out exact site.
Once it's located, oral / local injections, physiotherapy should help.
Few cases need microscopic surgery of intervertebral disc.
Please consult a spinal surgeon.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
