General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The pain in shoulder with radiation towards arm and collar bone indicates issue at Rotator cuff most likely. There can be issues with:
- Ligament sprain, strain, tear
- Nerve compression
- Shoulder arthritis or post inflammatory changes with calcification or other changes

A detailed physical examination with an MRI of the shoulder joint is diagnostic in this regard.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
