What Causes Pain In Shoulder Radiating Towards Base Of Neck And Arm?

About a month and a half ago i started to get a pain in my shoulder, it radiates to the base of my neck and sometimes down my arm. I have noticed frequent headaches have xome on as well. Also noticed some tingling in my hand. What can this be? It does not seem to get better doing anything like stretching or exercise. Taking advil helps a very little bit.

Welcome to hcm,
Your symptoms suggests you could be having cervical spondylosis or cervical disc problem. I advise you to take rest, use cervical collar, don't sit in front of computer for longer time. Change your posture and you can get physiotherapy. If the symptoms doesn't subside then consult your doctor and get xray done.
