Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

The pain associated with reducible umbilical hernia is likely to be due to dragging of mesentry/omentum and the intestine. If you are medically fit, getting the surgical repair of hernia at earliest will solve the issue

Do get back to me for further queries

Take Care
