What Causes Pain In The Abdomen After Sexual Intercourse And Masturbation?
During sexual Intercourse and masturbation. I get this sharp pain in lower abdomen that last from 30 to 90 seconds. I have great climax but produce no semen and I am 57 years old and this pain occurs after climax. It makes sex of any kind NOT WORTH IT.

Dry ejaculation (ejaculation without semen) can be due to issues with prostate or ejaculatory ducts. Ultrasound examination of pelvis and prostate specific antigen test should be done to rule out any problems with prostate. A physical examination by urologist is also well appreciated.
