What Causes Pain In The Arm?

I have pain in my arm they say I have a torn rotator cuff I go to hospital they say they can t help me was going to a primary care doctor she sent me to a pain specialist but the specialist can t really fix it it s like nobody wants to help what do I do

hello there..i read your history and understand you are suffering from pain in your arm and i would be happy to help you out

you have not mentioned history of trauma.you should understand rotator cuff involves a group of muscles involved in movement and stabilisation of the shoulder joint and tear there is pretty much common

if the tear is minor,i would recommend you to rest,take analgesics like ibuprofen twice daily after food or use aceclofenac plus thiocolchicoside tablet twice daily for 5 to 7 days.. and apply warm cloth compresses gently over the area and apply diclofenac gel over there.

if it is not relieved the doctor will give you steroid injection into the joint and you can start doing small physical therapy exercises once pain gently subsides

major tear,if any,will be treated surgically ,that too open or key hole depending on you and the hospital.
