What Causes Pain In The Back, Pelvic Area And Delay In Periods?

I went to the er a little over a week ago, with pelvic pain, and back pain, and also I missed my period. They ran my urine, it was clean. An ultrasound no pregnancy, and a CAT scan of my torso. The only answer I got was that I was constipated. The day after I had blood inmy urine, and the pain still consistent. My stool is fine in going regularly, and my pee does not hurry or burn. I do have a history of kidney stones. But they didn t mention anything

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Dear patient
I think this mostly I'd due to kidney stones. Delay in periods might be due to stress. Blood in urine indicates urinary tract irritation might be due to stone or infection. I would advice contrast enhanced ct scan of abdomen to confirm diagnosis. Please consult expert urologist and get yourself examined asap. All the best.
