What Causes Pain In The Chest And Abdomen Along With Acid Reflux?

HI,Me and my girlfriend did dry humping on 9th may which is 12 days after her last period started. i wasn t wearing clothes but she had her shorts and underwear and we were dry humping from the back side i did not cum but there was very little precum that dried during humping, on 16th of may she started having chest pain and stomach ache so she was worried and we did a pregnancy test on the 14th day after humping i.e 23rd of may. she tested negative on it and it was taken from the first urine of the day as well. she was still having stomach ache and chest pain so she went to a doctor who said that its acidity and stomach infection. now she has tender breasts and burning sensation in the stomach with chest pain and she is just 1 week away from her period as per her cycle,so is it stomach infection/acidity or is she pregnant. I would like to know what you think on this can these be pms symptoms

Hi,

If urine pregnancy test is negative and still you have doubts then get an ultrasound scan done which will tell surely whether she is pregnant or not. PMS may be the reason for tender breasts. She might be having cyclical mastalgia. Over the counter pain killers are sufficient.

For gastritis she needs to follow some tips:
1. Do not eat spicy food
2. Take medications for gastritis- Pantop/Omez/Rantac
3. Take little food at frequent intervals. Breakfast around 8 am, small snack at 11 am, lunch at 1 pm, small snack at 4 pm and dinner at 8 pm.
4. Drink plenty of water
5. Do not smoke, take alcohol or tobacco and even excess of coffee and tea
6. Do not take much of stress. Stress aggravates gastritis
7. Do regular exercise. At least half an hour per day

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
