What Causes Pain In The Chest Radiating To The Back Upon Breathing?

I started to have bad chest pain on my right side and going into my back side as well-I have noticed that it hurts worse in the back when breathing in and I am now getting quite nauseated as well as gassy...can you please help me? Is this an emergency or am I just having a bad attack of gas?
