What Causes Pain In The Left Arm After Travelling?

I have a pain not very bad in my left arm .i travelled back from Assisi by Coach & Aeroplane on Friday 16th Sept.the pain is about 2 inches from my wrist .it is most likely nothing to worry about but I only have Paracetemol pills in the house.in the unlikely fact that it could be a small clot would a couple of the pills be any use till I go to my Dr.tomorrow? .

Hi and welcome to Healthcaremagic. Thank you for your query. I am Dr. Rommstein, I understand your concerns and I will try to help you as much as I can.
Clot is not usually seen in arms unless you suffer from some predisposing diseases. This may be tendinitis or muscle pulling and if there is good asnwer on painkillers you should not worry. Also, if arm is cold or you have tingling then you shiuld see doctor as soon as possible.
I hope I have answered you query. If you have any further questions you can contact us in every time.
Kindly regards. Wish you a good health.
