Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
During and after vomiting, I get sever pain (feels like nerve pain) in both of my inside arms from my elbows to my wrists, especially my left arm. The pain is so sever, it takes at least 30 min. of rubbing before it goes away? I worry that it is my heart or blood flow or nerve pain. Can you answer? Thank you_
Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
As of now, get an ECG to look for any cardiac causes which may cause similar symptoms. You can take analgesics like Ibuprofen and take antacids like Pantoprazole or Omeprazole also. If pain persists, better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
Wishing you good health.
Thanks.
