What Causes Pain In The Left Temple And Tingling Sensation On The Face?
I have had a pain in my left temple for the past 3-4 weeks. Recently (last week) the pain is starting to shoot down my neck. I also get some tingling on the left side of my face that sometimes just spreads throughout the lower half of my head. My blood pressure is typically low. I have severe stress both with my family and my work. What do you think?
As per your complain pain on left temple along with pain shooting down the neck and tingling on face can occur commonly due to nerve related problems like compression over the nerve caused by any artery.. It can also be related to extreme blood pressure changes, other cause can be Transient Ischemic attack.. Another common cause can be due to disturbances in the functioning if Trigeminal Nerve and it's branches..
However stress can be a potent cause for the same causing migrainal pain..
Consult a Neurophysician and get her evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like MRI scan can be done to rule out the cause and treatment can be done accordingly..
As of now take painkillers to relieve pain by consulting a local physician..
Hope this helps..
Regards .
