What Causes Pain In The Left Upper Arm And Pressure In The Chest?

Dull pain in left arm -upper inside. Also chest pressure that woke me up but is now gone. I have atrial fibrillation for 30 years and on Warfarin and Flecainide that is well managed. However More than usual irregularity tonite. In the quiet of the night prior to falling asleep, I periodically (not every night) feel a vibration (gurgling?) in my upper body Also being treated for polymyalgia (sp?) - taking Prednisone, etc for past 10 weeks.

I suggest you immediately to the ER, get an EKG done to rule out any heart disease for your symptoms.
As you are on treatment for atrial fibrillation, there is high likelihood of these being the symptoms of A heart attack.
