What Causes Pain In The Leg And Arm With Severe Fatigue?
It is to do with pain in my left leg and my right arm I feel drained of energy ... It has been affecting me for about six months .... I also get pains in other parts of my body but thay come and go ... This leg pain is deffinately getting worse ... I have always been a very fit and active I have just turned 70

It seems you have Fibromyalgia (FM) in view of chronic widespread (both above and below the waist on both sides of the body) musculoskeletal pain.
However, you need clinical examination, before coming to any conclusion. Neuropathic pain syndromes could be another cause.
