What Causes Pain In The Lower Abdomen And Scrotum Post Treatment For Chlamydia?

Hi have had chlamydia a couple months ago and i still have pain in the left lower abdomen and scrotal area it is not severe it is just makeing me think alot and worried what if the examiner missed somthing is this normal to have these affects after being cleard of chlamydia?

This is not usual symptoms after chlamydia treatment and I suggest to do std testing again and see urologist for further evaluation since some other diseases should be considered.
