Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
A couple weeks ago, I hit my elbow on the towel rack in the bathroom and I relate the neck/arm pain I developed to this. I have iced it, stretched it, massaged it, cracked my back but the pain is still there. Now, we have moved desks around at my office and I m at a new cubicle with a different chair and I m not sure if the pain is because of that? Or just plain sitting and working on the computer all day. Nothing I do to treat it is helping. Could this be just a pinch nerve or something internal?

What Causes Pain In The Neck And Arms?
Hello and greetings Most likely pain is due to trauma at the first instance which did not heal completely and then it was aggravated by strenuous work of moving desk. Get an x-ray done of the elbow if the pain persists or increases or if you see swelling around it. Give it rest. Hope this helps Thanks
