Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Have mild protrusion in all Cervical discs..Have been having neck pain more than 8 years.Been doing panchakarma. Now occasional neck pain but not serious as has been before starting panchakarma. But now feeling imbalance,, weakness in body with lower back ache during the last few days....
Hi i do care for your concern. First of all doing some good exercise is always a best thing to do. It is advisable to to undergo further confirmation of disc protrusion and to know whether any nerve compression or compromised blood supply is there or not. It is advisable to consult with you physician first. Getting physiotherapy along with neck bank and proper and regular guided exercise will help you a lot. hope your condition resolves soon. Hope i have answered your question, if you have more feel free to ask. Thank you.
