What Causes Pain In The Neck, Shoulders And Right Arm?
I have pain in the back of my neck, shoulders, and whole right arm. Sometimes it gets real intense. I see a chiropractor and he diagnose it as a swelling in my disc and irritated nerve endings??? Pain comes and goes, but more often it comes, I am frustrated. I ve tried accupuncture but it didn t work. I take aleve and sometimes ibuprofen, but now it just takes the edge off of the pain. What could this be? I ve been in a car accident about 10 years ago with whiplash. Refused treatment. Could this be the source of pain?

As first-line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopedic and plan for an MRI scan.
