What Causes Pain In The Neck When Dropping Or Moving The Head?

It can be cervical spondylitis. It is causing nerve compression and that causes tingling and numbnes. I would recommend you to get a neck x ray. Avoid gym for sometime. Take pregabalin tablet and methylcobal vitamin. Avoid using high pillow.
