What Causes Pain In The Pelvic Area Spreading Towards The Left Testicle?

I have had pain for a few months on the left side of my pelvis just under my underwear line. I thought it may be a hernia and i also cut my dairy as when i was gassy it made it worse. a few times the pain went into my left testicle only. i also take lithium 1200mg and lisiniprol 20 mg.

Good Day and thank you for being with Healthcare Magic!

Pain in the left testis could be varicocoele. This is located on the area that you have described. This is can be confirmed by a Doppler ultrasound of the scrotum or if it is severe then by physical examination. This is felt like a bag of worms in the spermatic cord or the cord that connects the testis to the body.

Other conditions could still be an inguinal hernia, a kidney stone ( radiated pain ) or a testicular tumor.
