What Causes Pain In The Right Shoulder While Suffering From Hypothyroidism?

Hi, I have hypothyroidism, blood count indicates medication is at the correct level. I still seemed to be gaining weight, I have constant right shoulder blade pain that radiates down my arm. I haven t been sleeping and my asthma seems to be bad-do you have any input? Thank you

Hello.

Thank you for the query.

Your symptoms are mostlikely caused by nerve compression due to cervical spine disc herniation. You may have neck pain and headaches with it. Fingers tingling can appear as well.

I suggest you to consult neurologist and have spine MRI.
