What Causes Pain In The Right Upper Arm?

I have upper right arm pain that began a couple of weeks ago. It is now also working it s way down my arm into my hand. Does not hurt all of the time, but when it does it is really a burning type of pain. It is causing me to loose sleep and not be able to do my normal work. Is it a possible strain to a tendon?

As per your clinical history is concerned and detailed description of your pain it doses not indicate any major illness so do a CBC with differential and take medications accordingly. Please visit your doctor to confirm it.
