General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

1. is the pain related to posture, like lying down or sitting?
2. is the pain related to breathing?
3. describe the pain, like stabbing, dull, etc?

I would like to give some tests:

1. ECG
2. Chest X-Ray
3. Complete Blood Count including CRP (C-Reactive Protein)

Meanwhile, you can start taking:

1. Aspirin 325 mg Orally once a day.
2. Clopidogrel 75 mg orally once a day

Take this 2 medicines alternatively. Do the tests without daily and post another question with the results and answers, experienced and senior doctors here in HCM can follow you up. Treatment has already started.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dipan Samanta, General & Family Physician
