What Causes Pain In The Under Arm After Stopping Armour?

I have a rash from using Armour and have been advised to stop taking it, it has been about 10 days since I discontinued. The rash has not changed for the better. especially under the breast area. Now I have some under arm ache on my left side and it is tender to the touch. It feels like muscle strain almost although I have not done anything to have that (ie, like exercise, lifting etc)

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Armour should not cause the aching under the arm. It probably is a muscle strain. Sometimes that can happen without any strain. Drink plenty of fluids, stretch the muscles involved, take a multivitamin daily and use warm compresses on the area.
As far as the rash goes you may have developed a secondary yeast type rash. Try some terbenifine cream and see if it goes away.
If not see your doctor
