What Causes Pain In The Upper Arm Muscles Upon Movement?
my muscles in my upper arms are very soar and at times hurt when I move them also get muscle spasms in my legs and feet mostly during the night when I m sleeping and sometimes during the daytime. Also am tired during the later part of the afternoon

It could be early onset fibromyalgia or even a frozen shoulder. You need to start physiotherapy for the same. We also need to rule out arthritis.
