What Causes Pain In The Upper Back/neck After Head Injury?
weight fell on my head and from this I have some pain in my shoulder blades or middle of my upper back and depending on the position of my body its hard to take a deep breath. funny thing is before this I seemed to always have pain in back of my neck shoulder and head but now its gone
Hi, Thanks for asking. Based on your query, my opinion is as follows. 1. It could be muscle sprain or fracture. 2. Get an x-ray of neck done to rule out any fractures. If no fractures, you might require a cervical collar support for few days. Later on physiotherapy and neck exercises are necessary. 3. If pain is severe, you can take NSAID pain killers. Hope it helps. Any further queries, happy to help again.
