What Causes Pain In The Vein Of The Left Arm?

Hi! So I m having what I believe to be some type of pain from my vein in my left arm around the bicep area on down to the wrist. Pressure against certain spots within that range hurt. And it is also painful to fully extend and stretch my arm. Now some weeks prior before the pain I did punch a wall out of anger and damaged my hand but it s fully healed now naturally. Is it possible that I messed a vein up in the long run? If so, what do you think is going on and what should I do?

hi, there's muscular pain. so you take muscle relaxant. you avoid exercise. any type of diclofenac gel/spray apply on painful part. thank you. regards.
