Hello,
This is Dr. Papaqako answering your question.

I read carefully your query.
There are several causes that may lead to hurting the arm until the wrist.
The most common is a change in the daily work--repetitive movements of the arm or compressing the arm to the level of where the nerve passes near the skin; using it more then usual, may strain the muscles or cause thickening of it and compress the nerve. In this case, you may also feel numbness. It needs 4-6 weeks until it heals completely.

To help the pain I would recommend:
--Notice what activity you are doing more then usual with the right arm, and stop/lower intensity of doing it.
--Take Iburofen 400- 600mg 3 times/day to help the pain and also the inflamed tissues to heal faster, for at least 1 week, and then continue as needed.
-- Use an analgesic cream locally 3-4 times/day.

Hope this helps,
If anymore questions about it, feel free to ask.
Take care.
