Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I ve had left upper arm/shoulder pain for a month. Severe when direct pressure occurs. Nothing associated with chest pain. I had shingles in early 2012 (upper right arm with rash down to my fingers right hand) and had the shingles vaccination later in 2012. This current pain is in my left arm. How long is the vaccination good for? Is it possible this is associated with shingles?
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, the pain that you are having may not be due to viral infection that you had, but this could be due to muscular pain, if you have been vaccinated then this okay, but effect of this is very uncertain depends how your body reacted, hope this information helps, take care.
