Hi.
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain symptoms of pain in upper jaw, ear ache and headache can be related to tooth in case if there is any deeply decayed tooth in the upper jaw on the same side [right side] and the tooth is also painful.
In case if there is no dental problems present then it will be probably due to infection in the maxillary sinus on the right side leading to pain in upper jaw, ear ache and headache..
A confirmation can be done only after a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like x ray of the teeth and sinus.
You should consult an Oral Physician or an Otolryngologist and get evaluated and once the cause is confirmed treatment can be planned accordingly..
As of now you can take Ibuprofen or Tramadol for pain..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
