Understanding your concern. As per your query you have pain in upper left arm radiating towards knees . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like , but in your case it seems to me that the symptoms are due to nerve injury , pinched or compressed nerve ( Sciatica , which may occur due to your disc bulged problem . I would suggest you to continue exercises , apply hot compresses on arm and knee and take proper rest . Consult orthopedic surgeon for proper examination . Doctor may order x-ray , CT scan and MRI . Doctor may prescribe muscle relaxant , anti inflammatory and recommend particular type of stretching exercise or physical therapy . Doctor may also recommend surgery in severe disc problem .
