Hi,I am Dr. Gopal Goel (Orthopaedic Surgeon). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
A few months before my July 2013 gall bladder surgery I had h. pylori disease and ingested a cocktail of medications to clear this virus. Since the July surgery, I have been dieting and exercising and have lost weight. Recently, I've been experiencing pain (more like a dull ache, although no pain if I press in the area) in my upper right rib cage area (on the right side of my breast). I've tried not exercising but I still have the pain. What could be causing the ache/pain on my upper right side?
it can be a pulled muscle or chest infection. Are you also having coughing . There can be a problem related to gall bladder issue. SO i would recommend you to get ultrasound of the abdomen and x ray of the chest. Also do liver function test. After this if any report comes normal treatment can be given accordingly.
