What Causes Pain In Vagina/belly And Foul Smelling Urine?
My 3 year old had very fowl smelling urine the other day and complained of a belly ache, mostly in her belly button area. I figured since she hadn't had a poop yet that this explained the belly ache and not drinking enough was the cause of smelly pee. today her pee is extremely cloudy and she says her vaginal area hurts. I should also mention she is looking pale but has no fever.

Its mostly she is suffering from urinary tact infection. ? Go for urine culture sensitivity and depend on report use antibiotics for 2 weeks.,.and u should also conern wether she had fungal infection in vagina..hope I am helpful
