I have pain on the base of my scull and eye all on my right side. It all started ten days ago with extreme stabbing like pain on my eye and the back of my neck. After two visits to the e.r. and family doctor. All indicate migrane. A c.t. scan of my head not my neck showed normal. Advil every four hours keeps the edge off, but the pain comes back. My wife is a physio and indicates its not muscle related. Could this indicate vertebral atery.
