What Causes Pain On Both Sides Of My Back When I Stand Up?

I have a protruding abdomen now after undergoing a laparatomy to remove ovarian cysts in 1990...the bulge is so big that I cant bend down easily...cant squat, cant pick up things, it hinders my mobility....each time I get in and out of my car i can sense a little bit of urination....I had to wear panty liners at all times....as I get out of bed every morning, I feel painful to stand up....the pain is at both sides of my back....then when I keep on walking for some time...the pain goes off....what is wrong with me doctor....? What must I do now? I am 58 years old. I am 5 feet 3 inches tall I weigh 96 kilos .
