Joint Replacement Surgeon 's  Response
hi welcome to health care magic. after going through your query my opinion is that the patient may have compression of nerve roots in the neck which leads to severe pain in the head but there might be chances of some pathology in the head (intracranial) for which MRI cervical spine and contrast enhanced CT is to be performed . visit neurologist and orthopaedician. hope your query is solved. welcome for further queries
