What Causes Pain That Starts From Lower Neck To Shoulder And Arm?
Have a pain that starts from my lower neck and goes to my shoulder than down my left arm. Been off and on for a few days now, each day spreading more and hurting more. My left arm is numb, whole shoulder blade and neck hurt and stiff and chest is hurting too. Is this just stress?

Hi,
The pain is most likely of muscular origin and thus the pain is radiating to the chest. Such pain is usually because of uncomfortable sleeping posture. I would recommend you to get topical painkillers and and warm compressions. If still pain persists then you may need muscle relaxants and physiotherapy.
