What Causes Pain Under Breast In Patient With Episodes Of Supra-ventricular Tachycardia?

For about a week and a half now I have been having a nagging pain under my left breast. I am under a high amount of stress and also have anxiety problems. The reason I am concerned is I also have recurring episodes of Supra-ventricular tachycardia, should I be worried that something is happening with my heart?

Have a stress ECG to exclude or conclude
