Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have a friend that was having pains under her breast on the left side and also in her left arm. she went to the er and ekg and chest xray came out clear. she did have white blood cells in urine. whould these be symptoms of a related problem or could these issues two separate conditions.
Understanding your concern .As per your query you have cpain under left chest and arm. Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to may reasons like acid reflux disease , athma , heart related problem like angina , muscle spasm of chest or cervical spondolysis .But in your case it seems to me that the pain is probably occurring due to angina . I would suggest you to consult cardiologist for prorper examination . Doctor may order ceratin tests like TMT , ECG , complete blood profile and sometimes angiography . Doctor may prescribe nitroglycerine , beta blockers and aspirin . Doctor may also refer you to specialist like orthopedic surgeon for muscle and bone problem and gastroenterologist for acid reflux. For now apply warm compresses , stay calm and do not exert your body .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
