What Causes Pain Under Ribs And Lumpy Stools?

Hi,
I am male, 23 years old and I had a cholecystectomy operation 5 weeks ago (cause I had gallstones).
Now I have next problems: ocassional pain under the ribs (on the left side) and hard and lumpy stools. What can be the cause of that? Thank you in advance.
