What Causes Pain While Coughing, Twisting And Bending?
I crashed my mountain bike sunday, badly. Over the bars and landed on left side . i have 6-7 level pain in left side when coughing, twisting, bending. it seems not to be getting better. THought initially bruised / cracked rib but getting a little concerned i might have some internal damage. I m Male, 53.

I would explain that your symptoms could be related to broken ribs.
For this reason, I recommend going to the ER for a physical exam, a chest X-ray study and some blood lab tests (complete blood count, PCR, ESR).
