What Causes Painful And Teary Eyes With Head Spins?

My friend has Mitral Valve Prolapse, as well as Mitral Valve Regurgitation. He has mild back flows and also palpitations.. Recently his eyes always painful and teary when he strains his eyes, his head spins and feels cold at the same time.. Is he alright? or his situation is getting worst that he needs to consult a doctor as soon as possible? :/ I'm truly worried. Thanks in advance..

Painful and teary eyes should not be related with the mitral valve regurgitation. Why don't you get your eyes checked esp for vision and eye pressure ? Head spin may be because of both heart ailment or eye ailment.Monitor your BP also.
