What Causes Painful Arm, Nausea, Headache And Lightheadedness?

Hi I have a constant dull ache in left arm which travels to the right arm too. Am extremely nausea and have a painful headache, fatigue and light headed. Not the heart as had it checked but still feeling all of the above for two days now and it getting worse.

Hi,
It might be a nervous issue. The nerves in your plexus may be stimulated by movement and this may be a referring pain. Show a neurologist before takin any medication.
