This is incredibly embarrasing. Some helpful info...I'm 35 and have given birth to 2 heathly children (not twins) in my twenties. No pregnancy or vaginal birth complications. I have been off birth controls pills for about 1 year now. I have pelvic pains prior to my period and during my period, it is extremely painful to have a bowel movement. It feels as if someone is squeezing my colon during my cycle. This past cycle was more painful on my colon/intestines and strangely enough I know have sciatica issues that are causing sharp stabbing pains in my uterus as well as on my bottom and down my right leg.
