What Causes Painful Bowel Movements During Menstruation?

Hello,

I am suffering with labor type pains when I try to have a bowel movement. I start to feel dizzy and clamy, sweat pouring down my face. The pain get's so intense and does not go away until I have finished the bowel movement. There have been times that I push so hard that it causes my menstral to come down. I also experienced having my period for the entire month of June and It has come doen again. I am only 32 years old. Please give me some advice.

I really appreciate your concern, it is the symptoms of hormone changes and pain could be due to dysmenorrhea the only matter of concern is heavy bleeding and it needs to be taken care, but for other pain symptoms you can try Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg as per needed, in differential diagnosis it could be menopause too hope this information helps.
