So I've noticed this for quite a while but I thought nothing of it. But I have lots of painful bumps on the inside of my lips. They grow so big that they hit my teeth and I end up biting them. I would like to go to the doctor today but 1; it's sunday, and 2; I have no insurance at the moment. I looked up a few things online and mostly what I got was oral cancer, and I'm pretty sure I don't have that. But my question is, these bumps have been on my lips for quite a while now and they're not going away. So I'm wondering, what could this be? Is it serious where I would need to see someone right away? Thanks for the help!
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have recurrent white bumps on lips which are reaching teeth is mainly because of poor immune system of body making it susceptible to oral herpes and causing cold sores. It could be oral thrush and stomatotis as well . Need not to panic about it. Maintain proper oral hygiene. Apply Dologel on finger and massage on inner lip surface. Apply desi ghee as well. Visit oral pathologist once and go for biopsy of lesion to rule out oral cancer. Take painkiller and antihistamine drug combination. Drink plenty of water.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
