Hello,

You will have to combine lifestyle changes with laxatives. Take food rich in fiber, stay well hydrated, avoid being sedentary, do regular exercises, avoid food that is hard to digest( cut on red meat, paneer, cheese, junk food, oily food).

Take Bisacodyl (Dulcolax), castor oil before bedtime. You can also take bulk-forming laxatives (Methylcellulose-Citrucel), stool softeners like Colace.

Maintain healthy weight per BMI. Once you lose weight & restrict taking oily food your fissure will reduce showing symptoms that cause you discomfort.

Do take a sitz bath. Maintain hygiene. Get physically examined by a GP in case you need surgery.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
