What Causes Painful Headache?

My son woke up this morning with a painful headache i took him to the ER and they did a CT scan everything was ok. He told me 2 hours later that the headache was back and in the same spot as this morning. I thought that it might be caused by his Ritalin but he has been on it for over a year. What should I do?

Hi.

I had gone through your query.

Morning headache can be due to sinusitis or congestion in sinus..

relax you have done CT scan and it was normal so no need to worry.

If he has cold or congestion then treat it accroding to the symptoms.

Analgesic with decongestant can be useful to treat it.

if require then consult ENT specialist.

Still if you have a query then feel free to ask.

Happy to help you further.

Thank you.
