Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist, Shruti Bhave's Response
Hi,
It sounds like a muscle spasm. It is also suggestive of underlying spine injury given to your high impact activity. Only a physical examination can confirm a diagnosis. Visit your doctor at the earliest.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Shruti Bhave, Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist
